Receptionist
                                                                                                       
Main responsibilities:
 
·                 Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to
appropriate personnel
·                 Answering incoming telephone calls,determines purpose
of call and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
·                 Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to
voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
·                 Answer questions about organization and provides
callers with address, direction , and other information
·                 Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of
business , and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
·                 Monitors visitor access and issues passes when
required
·                 Updates appointment calendars / rooms booking
·                 Maintains fax machines , assists user , sends faxes ,
and retrieves and routes incoming faxes
·                 Organize the use of taxi voucher
·                 Performs other clerical duties such as filing ,
photocopying and collating
 
Qualifications:
·                 Female,
single max 27 years old
·                 Graduated
minimum from D3 any major
·                 Good Looking
& Grooming Appearance is a must
·                 Having
minimum 1 years working experiences as Customer Service/ Receptionist/ Hotelier
·                 Computer(MS.Office)
& Internet Capabilities
·                 Good command
of English both oral and written
·                 Good
interpersonal and communication skills
